My gliders diet

People always ask me what to feed gliders, there is more than one way to feed gliders and them stay healthy and happy but below I will put what I feed. Note: I freeze all my mixtures, the veggie relish and fruit cocktail I freeze in ice cube trays (measured amounts per each cube slot) then after frozen I pour the trays into (separate) ziplock bags and store in freezer. The HPW Plus I freeze in a ziplock container and scoop it out (it freezes like ice-cream so this is easy). Note: I recommend not to change a diet as written by the creator as doing such may mess with ratios ect.

With my new fruit and veggie recipes (which should last a month for ten gliders) it cost me 47.32 to get the ingredients. I estimate the cost of the HPW plus this month to be around 25 (high estimate and including honey/eggs/pollen, I buy large amounts and make double batches so I have to guess on this one) Making the total 72.32 add in treats a month high estimate of 25 makes it  97.32 for ten gliders. I'm not saying it will always cost 10 per a glider a month, it depends on diet feed and cost at your store but I have heard people say it costs 100 dollars a month and that seems way too much to me since they eat about 5.25 cups each a month (28daysx3tbs=84 tbs/16=5.25 cups). If it did cost 100 dollars per glider that would be about 19 dollars per cup of food.

Meaning it costs me about $9.73 a month to feed a glider.
