Contract/Policies

-Deposits are accepted when joeys are of three weeks of oop and up. Deposits are none refundable. Deposits assure you that the joey you pick will not be sold to another. Deposits are 50% for gliders under 500 dollars, $250 for gliders above 500.

-Special arrangements may be made including payment plans. If a payment plan is made the glider may be picked up after the glider is fully paid for.

-Price vet check for an additional $33 or 42 depending on which vet

-If the glider is to ever be sold I require that I be contacted and given first right to buy the glider back, if this right is refused then I will screen your choice buyer and require them to sign same contract.

-If pet rights were bought by the first owner and the second owner wishes to buy breeder rights (assuming glider has not been fixed) they will have the option to buy the breeding right which will be the difference between the pet and breeding price.

-Generally females will only be sold with breeding rights, some special cases may be made.

-If a male is not bought with breeding rights it will be neutered before leaving, special cases may be made - proof of neuter will need to be provided if that is the case. If the cost of the neuter plus pet price is equal to price with breeding right the buyer will have the option of either, so if they want him neutered it can be done by my vet with no extra costs. (Ex: Milo is 275, the pet price is 100 but after neuter it comes to 275. The buyer wants him neutered so informs breeder rather than paying 275 for breeding price and neutering after purchase.)

-If you are found to be purposely abusing or neglecting the animal you have the option of 1. Immediately fixing the situation / a visit will be done by vet (at buyers expense) or breeder (within reasonable distance) to make sure that the situation has in fact been fixed 2. The breeder reports it to appropriate authorities. 3. surrendering or selling animal to original breeder (the price may be significantly lower to none considering and based on the condition of the animal). Everyone has a different idea of neglect or abuse, in this case it means physically harming the animal, not provide food or water to the animal, not providing adequate home for the animal (Ex: a hamster cage, fish tank, and or cage that has dangerous metals/bedding) and not providing medical care for the animal in the case that it needs it (things can go wrong fast but knowingly leaving a sick or injured animal untreated is not ok).

-When buying breeding rights the buyer agrees to not inbreed or breed animals that are known to carry genetic defects such as wiggle. The buyer agrees not to breed said animal to "rescues".

-The breeder agrees to disclose all known genetic defects or possible complications, if the breeder finds at a later date a defect or complication with said gliders line the seller will contact the buyer and inform them (for this reason try to update me with change of phone or email or check the gliders pedigree for updates).

-The breeder will not knowingly sell an unhealthy animal, if animal is known to be unhealthy the information will be disclosed before deposit is taken.

-If the animal is not tame, bites, or crabs the breeder will disclose the information before deposit is taken.

-If the animal dies while in care of the breeder the buyer has the option be refunded amount paid to date or put amount paid to date on another animal
